TheTrigge: Eine Zumutung für jeden Patienten, über Telefon kann man niemandem erreichen, ganz egal zur welche Uhrzeit. Wartezeit über 1 Jahr für Untersuchung auch bei Stammpatienten, das geht absolut gar nicht, da können die Ärzte und die Praxis noch so gut sein. Seit 4 Jahren gehe ich zu der Praxis, jetzt muss ich mir eine neue suchen.
Chris Karn: Sehr geehrte Damen und Herren, dies ist mit Abstand die schlechteste Praxis die ich erlebt habe! Telefon ist ein Fremdwort und über drei Tage, egal zu welcher Uhrzeit, belegt? Herzlichen Dank dafür...
Jennifer Jennifer: I don't know about the past reviews but I found Dr. Stephan Eckert to be great with my mother, who has diabetic retinopathy. He speaks English and the staff responds promptly to emails. I don't usually call so not too sure about phone responses. The couple of exchanges I have had with front staff, was typical German style...so nothing out of ordinary. :)
Michael Born: Rarely have I seen such a treatment of patients in the front office. There is NO way whatsoever to reach any of the front office staff by phone, although the number is given in the internet. Having forgotten my insurance card at an appointment, I was ordered by the front staff to present it within the next few days. However, they did not mention to me that during these days the office was closed anyway for staff seminars, something I could also not have found out by phone as nobody ever picks up the phone anyway. I was lucky to be there 8am in the morning waiting at the closed office door together with an emergency patient, who had been told a secret knocking sign in order to be allowed into the office for treatment. I tried to hand in my insurance card to the person opening the door to say could they please run it through their system - alas, she took it, asked me to wait outside in the hall and slammed the office door in front of my nose. Welcome to Germany. Usually I would not comment on events like this. But here I feel treated like a dog. Sorry to be so blunt. I wonder how the majority of doctors front offices manage to have a smooth organsation in the view of flocks of patients they treat every day. Dont expect this here.
